It will be held at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Worcester Club located at 1 Oak Street, Worcester, MA 01609.\n \nLisa will be discussing “Current Trends in MassHealth and Estate Recovery Litigation.” \n \nLisa M. Neeley is a partner with the law firm of Mirick, O’Connell, DeMallie and Lougee, LLP, where she is a member of the Trusts and Estates practice group. Lisa concentrates her practice in assisting clients obtain Medicaid eligibility for both long-term and community-based care, including the planning and preparation of Medicaid applications and appeals, special needs and disability planning, and general estate planning. She is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA.
